About Me

Growing up in a family of music-lovers, I became a fan of live music events as a young teen and developed an interest in a wide range of musical styles.

With a broad taste in music, bands I like are Pink Floyd, Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Ghost and Symphony X just to name a few.
But also artists like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Miles Davis or Billy Cobham are among my favourites.

In my early twenties, I became interested in the art of photography.
Experimenting with my first camera in nature and at concerts, I started to develop my skills steadily.
People and friends began to like my pictures, therefore I became more and more confident and satisfied with my shots.

Eventually I was invited to join the transnational webzine TheProgspace,
as a contributing photographer for their concert reviews.
Happy about the offer I agreed
and started to explore a new world – the photopit.
There I always try to capture sparkling moments both on and off stage and let the music and feelings speak through my pictures.

So now I’m happy to combine two of my biggest passions,
music and photography,
as a professional concert and music photographer.
